Effective date: September 12, 2026. By using Fuel The Dons, you agree to these terms and to Madonna High School policies that apply to school systems and student information.
Purpose of the service
Fuel The Dons supports school nutrition operations: meal charging, family funding, lunch ordering, dietary forms, cafeteria agreements, and related administrative tools. It is not a general social network or public directory.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep login credentials confidential; do not share accounts across households unless the school directs otherwise.
- Use only the portal role issued to you (parent, student, teacher, staff, cashier, admin).
- Do not attempt to access another family's records, bypass authentication, scrape roster data, or disrupt cafeteria operations.
- Parents are responsible for reviewing linked student balances and keeping funding information accurate.
Payments
Online card deposits are processed by Stripe. Fuel The Dons records the resulting cafeteria ledger entry after payment confirmation. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes follow Stripe and school finance procedures.
Cafeteria agreements and school rules
Separate cafeteria agreement terms may be presented in-product and must be accepted when required by the school. Those agreement terms govern meal signup and cafeteria responsibilities in addition to these website terms.
Availability
We work to keep Fuel The Dons available for school days and operations, including limited offline kiosk behavior, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows or provider outages may occur.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
Madonna High School / Fuel The Dons may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
